This is driving me bonkers so I had to write about it to get it out of my system. Seems like we hide behind emails nowadays instead of really communicating. I've had two things happen this month that could have turned out completely different had the person picked up the phone. Have we gotten too busy to actually speak to each other or is it just easier to act mean over an email or perhaps not take responsibility. Help me out here...am I too old fashioned and this is just the way things are now?
